Break the monotony
With URTA SLR, Wilier Triestina has made it to the top of the mountain bike segment. A high-level bike for technically demanding and modern cross country. The frame was designed for a high level of traction and stability. Due to its reliability and efficiency, URTA SLR is the best solution for those who want to achieve the highest performance on XCO/ XCM trails.

Updated geometry
The URTA SLR geometries enhance the off-road riding style of Wilier Triestina's high-end products. A shorter rear triangle and a 69° steering angle make the bike compact, fast and balanced. In addition, performance is improved on very difficult climbs and on technically demanding descents. URTA SLR is designed for optimal traction and excellent progressive response. The excellent ratio between torsional stiffness and weight (stiffness to weight) enables fast acceleration and increased reactivity during sudden changes of direction.

Integrated Urta monocoque handlebar
As with all high-end road bikes, a lightweight monocoque carbon handlebar was chosen for the URTA SLR. A solution that provides the frame/handlebar system as a single highly integrated module and also allows the overall weight of the bike to be minimised. The carbon handlebar also improves vibration absorption and reduces wear on very demanding XCO/ XCM trails.

Integrated shock absorber
URTA SLR is designed for 190x45 rear shocks with 100 mm progressive travel. To optimise the riding dynamics, Fox Factory DPS FLOAT 190x45 and Rock Shox Sid Luxe ULTIMATE 190x45 were chosen. The optimised compression curves allow them to work in full synergy with the frame. The integration of the link not only improves the aesthetic purity of the URTA SLR, but also increases the torsional stiffness of the rear triangle.

Double bottle cage
The URTA SLR is designed to be fitted with two bottle cages. This solution was necessary to limit the rider's drinking breaks as much as possible during races or longer, intense training sessions.

Improved stiffness
The rear triangle was developed with active swing arm technology. This solution combines vertical flexibility and torsional stiffness in the most efficient way. This allows for even greater absorption of loads and an even faster and more efficient response of the URTA SLR to the power delivered by the rider in any situation on the track. In addition, the higher pivot point and shock absorber integration system provide extra rear end stiffness.

Flat-mount brakes
On the URTA SLR, the brake calipers come standard with Flat Mount, as on road bikes. The flat-mount brakes ensure the same braking power as the conventional post-mount brakes for cross country. Since the typical post-mount bar is missing, the chainstays have a balanced flex to the right and left.

UDH derailleur hanger
URTA SLR is equipped with the UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) derailleur hanger, which optimises the function of SRAM groupsets, but is also compatible with any latest generation rear derailleur. The use of the UDH derailleur hanger provides an additional integrated protective function for the rear derailleur, which would run freely without breaking in the event of an accident.

Integrated cable guide
The shift, brake and shock cable guides are integrated into the frame. In addition, a cable guide for a telescopic seat post can be integrated. In addition to the usual clean and elegant lines of the bike, the integrated cable routing also offers additional protection.

Carbon monocoque
URTA SLR is made of HUS-MOD carbon, which is also used for Wilier 0 SLR and Filante SLR. Perfect stiffness and precise reactivity of the URTA SLR are the result of the know-how that Wilier Triestina has developed over the years in close collaboration with the professionals of the World Tour.
