Shimano 105 R7000 Gruppo 36/52T 11-32T 172,5mm

Offered here is the complete SHIMANO 105 R7000 groupset with a compact crankset (34/50) and an 11/32 cassette. It includes many of the innovations of the latest Ultegra R8000 and Dura-Ace 9100 groupsets, for a few grams more and a lower price.

Its components feature aesthetics comparable to its older siblings, with a 4-spoke Hollowtech II crankset and oversized cranks for added stiffness. The crankset design has been optimised for frames with disc brakes: The rear axle spacing can be widened to 135 mm and the length of the chainstays can remain within the standard (410 mm) without affecting the chainline.

In combination with an 11/32 cassette, the rear derailleur here has a centre cage. It uses the Shadow design of the high-end models for optimised integration under the cassette and better protection against possible impacts.

The front derailleur has a more compact structure, without the long lever arm of the 105 5800 model, which could cause the cable to rub against the tyre.

The aesthetics and ergonomics of the Dual Control levers are also inspired by the Dura-Ace and Ultegra models. The internal technology has been revised: The lever travel required for the action of the front derailleurs is now shorter, which favours the speed of gear changes. The protection can also be adjusted.

The brake calipers are suitable for wide tyres (up to 28 mm cross-section) and their efficiency is improved by the dual pivot design.
